What is Timetracks?

Timetracks is an Israeli cloud-based platform for employee time tracking, shift management, and payroll calculation. It is designed for small and medium businesses — restaurants, shops, clinics, offices, and more.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Timetracks is a cloud service — all you need is a browser or smartphone. No app to download, no server to install.

Which languages are supported?

Hebrew, English, and Arabic — with full RTL support. You can switch languages anytime from settings.

Is it suitable for a small business with just a few employees?

Yes. The Basic plan starts at ₪99/month and supports up to 10 employees — perfect for small businesses.

How long is the free trial?

7 full days, with access to all main features.

Do I need to enter a credit card?

No. The trial is completely free and no-commitment. If you do not sign up at the end, your account closes automatically.

How many employees can I add during the trial?

Up to 2 employees. After upgrading to a paid plan, the limit increases based on your plan (10 / 30 / 100).

Can I extend the trial?

The trial is one-time. If you need more time, please contact us.

Plans & Pricing

What is the difference between the plans?

Basic (₪99) — up to 10 employees, time tracking and breaks. Professional (₪249) — up to 30 employees, full shift management and Excel export. Business (₪599) — up to 100 employees, WhatsApp integration and API access.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, anytime from the customer portal. Changes take effect immediately.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card, Bit, PayBox, and bank transfer.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, various billing options are available — contact us for current details.

Features & Technology

How does employee check-in work?

The employee opens any browser or their phone, taps "Start day", and does the same at the end of the day. Biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID) is also supported on compatible devices.

Does the system support GPS location?

Yes. You can require check-ins to happen only from an approved location — for example, the office or branch. Optional per employee.

How does it handle overtime?

You can set an overtime threshold per employee, along with hourly and overtime rates. The system calculates automatically.

Can I export reports for my accountant?

Yes. Full Excel export with proper formatting — available on Professional and above.

Is there WhatsApp integration?

Yes, on the Business plan — via Green API. You can send automated alerts and updates to employees and managers.

Security & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Each customer gets their own subdomain (e.g. acme.timetracks.co.il) with a fully isolated database. No data sharing between customers.

Does the system comply with Israeli law?

Yes. It supports the Israeli Privacy Protection Law requirements and payroll calculations under the Hours of Work and Rest Law.

Account & Support

How do I get started?

Go to timetracks.co.il, click "Start trial", and fill out a short form. Within a few minutes, you get your own subdomain with a login link by email.

How do I get support?

Email support on all plans. Professional gets priority support, and Business gets 24/7 support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the customer portal — cancel anytime, no penalty.
