1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Timetracks (the "Service" or "System"). These terms govern the legal relationship between the service operator (the "Company") and the customer (the "User" or "Customer").

Use of the service, whether paid or during a trial period, constitutes full and explicit consent to all terms herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the service.

3 User Account

To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate details: full name, company name, active email address, phone number, and password.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and preventing unauthorized access. All actions performed from the account will be considered as performed by you.

If you suspect unauthorized use — please notify us immediately at support@timetracks.co.il

4 Subscription & Payment

The service is offered as a monthly subscription in four plans (Basic, Professional, Business, Enterprise). Prices are published on the website and may change from time to time with advance notice.

  • Payment Methods: Payment via PayBox, Bit, or bank transfer.
  • Invoice: A tax invoice will be issued for every transaction and sent to your registered email.
  • VAT: All prices exclude VAT. VAT will be charged at the rate set by law at the time of billing (currently 18%).
  • Payment Confirmation: Subscription will be activated upon confirmation of payment receipt (1-3 business days for bank transfer; minutes for PayBox/Bit).

5 Trial Period

New customers are entitled to a 14-day free trial with no commitment. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to convert to a paid subscription to continue using the service.

During the trial, all users have full access to the features of the selected plan. Data entered during the trial will be retained for up to 30 days after its end.

6 Renewal & Cancellation

The subscription is monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting support. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — no additional charges.

  • Pre-billing Reminder: Reminders sent 7 days and 1 day before cycle end.
  • Grace Period: If the renewal payment is not received on time, you will have 3 grace days to resolve.
  • Access Suspension: After grace period, access will be suspended. Data is retained at least 60 days after suspension.
  • Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable for partial periods, except in exceptional cases at the Company's discretion.

11 Changes to Service & Terms

The Company may update the terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent via email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Company may also add, change, remove, or improve service features, provided it does not substantially detract from the basic functionality of the subscribed plan.
